I highly recommend Mr Scott Redmon for anyone who is looking for a competent, professional, personable and friendly lawyer. Having never dealt with the legal system before, I was extremely nervous and lacked a lot of knowledge as to how the system worked and what to specifically expect with my case. Scott was extremely knowledgable, understanding and supportive in helping me understand the ins and outs of my case and what to expect. He assisted in guiding me through everything from obtaining an order of protection, helping assist in getting it served as well as multiple court appearances ultimately ending in winning my trial. He was readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had and was always looking out for my best interest, safety and positive outcome. I came to Mr Redmon when I felt the criminal justice system had let me down. I hired Mr. Redmon and he immediately got to work on my case. He knew the prosecutors and Judge personally from his experience as a prosecutor in the Tucson City Court which I believe really helped. I find myself struggling to write this review for Scott Redmon. My struggle is in trying to find the words that come close to expressing how much our family appreciates the hard work, guidance, honesty, and encouragement Scott provided during one of the most difficult times this family has gone through. The only word I can come up with is blessed. We were blessed to have found Scott in the sea of “stereotypical, give me your money and take a number” lawyers. We were blessed to have his ear, his heart, his guidance, and his diligence through this unknown and high risk maze we were navigating. Finally, we were blessed to have the outcome of a full dismissal in the extremely difficult Marana court! Our 20 year old son is a first responder and was charged with a DUI in Marana. Our son’s career could have been over before it started. Unlike most other attorneys, Scott makes a personal connection with his clients. He is very calming, professional, and responsive. Scott specializes in defending first responders, professionals, and others whose careers are dependent on a clean record and more negatively impacted by a DUI. Scott worked with us to clearly set expectations and understand the process. Whenever we asked for a call or a meeting, he was exceptionally responsive, positive, and personally connected (you will not be made to feel like a number, or more specifically $$). Scott was able to prove the officer had no grounds for the stop, and had made several other mistakes during the stop and in his report. The case was completely dismissed! In summary, I believe we were truly blessed to find Scott. We cannot thank him enough for fighting for our son, his career, and the communities he has, and will continue to serve. We can’t recommend Scott enough. He can’t guarantee and outcome like ours, but no matter what the outcome, you will know that Scott will have done absolutely everything possible to get you the very best outcome possible.

Where do I begin? Scott Redmon has been such a blessing. After experiencing the worst night of my life from getting a DUI, I called Scott … the next morning. I have never been in trouble with the law for any reason and I was absolutely terrified and ashamed. Scott and Mr. Harwin were able to see me later that afternoon and they instantly put me at ease. Let me preface this by saying that I am a military member so a favorable trial outcome meant the difference between being able to continue my 10-year career or possibly facing discharge. Scott Redmon won my case at trial and had all charges against me dismissed. They put my life and career back in my control and returned my peace of mind. Mr. Redmon took over my case as the lead defense attorney a few months prior to trial. Scott Redmon saved my career. I was charged with DUI over a year ago and we decided to take my case to a jury trial. This was one of the most stressful experiences of my life but I had full confidence in Mr. Redmon. He is stunningly intelligent, aggressively protects his clients and has a photographic-like memory. This man does not skip a beat and is on top of everything. Not to mention, he likes to win which is a trait that is so important when choosing a defense attorney. Seeing him in action during the trial was amazing. He knocked it out of the park and the prosecutor could not keep up with him because Scott was prepared beyond measure. I hired Scott Redmon because I could tell he was different. Scott is honest, fair, kind and has true heart and passion for the work he does.
